I’ve tried everything from YouTube videos to searching forums for the right combination for my body. To my great disappointment I couldn’t find the right combination so I never got the best out of my training. BNfitness has a lot of knowledge of fitness and nutrition and knows how to apply this to every situation, physique, goal, etc. As a result, I have gained a lot of muscle mass +2KG and my mission has been successful.
I’m an entrepreneur who doesn’t have much time. Still, I wanted to become fitter and more energetic through the independent schedule. I wanted simple and quick meals that didn’t take much time.
