For the past 12 weeks I have followed the Sapphire Program at Bachduy. During that time I lost a total of 6.9 kilos compared to the original plan was 6 kilos. I am therefore satisfied with the end result, but I am especially happy with the fact that I have become more aware of the effects of my old diet. Thanks to the nutrition plan and nutrition guide, I currently have a balanced diet.

In addition, I appreciate Bachduy for his sincere enthusiasm and dedication for achieving the desired result during the PT. This has had a positive effect on the training itself for me personally. I used to train to be in motion while now I go to the gym with an objective where I train much more on technique.
