I came across Bachduy through a friend. I already thought I knew quite a bit about nutrition and fitness, but afterwards Bachduy taught me many more new insights. Due to the Coronavirus I didn’t take good care of my body and in the Sapphire program I was guided step by step towards a better lifestyle, which taught me how to deal with bad habits and also increased the weights in the gym. The last lockdown got in the way of my progress, but Bachduy is doing everything he can to keep your mindset right. You only have to do it because Bachduy already does the thinking.
