Asian Str Fry Noodles With Chicken

A delicious Asian lunch or dinner meal made from egg noodles, chicken breast, bell pepper, teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, onion, garlic, olive oil and the toppings coriander and Sriracha. You can eat this meal if you want to gain muscle mass, but also to lose weight. It is important to set your meals to your daily nutritional needs. This means that you can eat almost anything to achieve your fitness goal. If you want to prep your meals, you can multiply the ingredients list by the number of preps. I always do it for 3 days so it stays fresh and delicious.
 
Ingredient list for 1 meal:
 
  • 150 Gram Egg Noodles
  • 150 Gram Chicken Fillet
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Half Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 15ML Teriyaki sauce
  • 15ML Sweet soy sauce
  • 6 Grams Olive Oil
  • Handful of coriander
  • Teaspoons of Sriracha

Recipe:

  1. Take out the egg noodles and put it in a pan of water. Bring this to a boil for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet, onions and garlic into small cubes.
  3. Marinate the chicken breast in a bowl with the onions, garlic and sweet soy sauce
  4. Bring a pan to low/medium heat with olive oil and fry the marinated chicken breast
  5. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes
  6. Once the egg noodles are ready, you can remove them from the pan of water
  7. Stir-fry the chicken breast until it is cooked through and then add the bell pepper.
  8. Then add the egg noodles with the teriyaki sauce and give it a good stir
  9. Cut some coriander into small pieces for the enthusiast
  10. Serve the noodles and chicken on a plate and add the coriander and Sriracha for a spicy topping.
