I myself had been training for a while without a goal and without paying attention to my nutrition. By following Bachduy’s 12-week program with 4 weeks of personal training, I started training more purposefully and eating healthier.
My goal was a lower fat percentage and build muscle to create more “fit and toned”. I definitely achieved this goal at the end of the 12 weeks. The personal nutrition and training schedules provide a lot of structure and overview. In addition, the weekly calls with him have given me the extra motivation and discipline to push myself to the limit.
Bachduy not only pushed me physically but also mentally to get the best out of myself!
