I started fitness to improve my physique, but never knew exactly how I could do this as optimally as possible. I have tried everything from YouTube videos to searching forums for the right combination for my body. Much to my disappointment, I couldn’t find the right combination, so I never got the best out of my training. After months of searching for a good diet and training schedule combination, I came across the BNfitness training schedule. I have expressed my wishes with this company about the growth I would like to see in my physique and this conversation resulted in the 12-week Sapphire program. A full intake was done in advance, including dietary wishes, allergies, etc. It was also possible to indicate what your weaknesses and strengths are, so that more focus can be placed on the weak spots.

Week 1 – Week 12

In the first week, two feeding schedules and one training schedule were provided and weights had to be taken once a week and photos had to be taken to keep track of progress. Here the basis of healthy nutrition and training was built. This gave me motivation, discipline and consistency.

When the first four weeks were over I could immediately feel that my body was getting healthier due to the healthy diet plan I followed, and I noticed in the gym that my strength and endurance improved. Physically & mentally I became stronger every day.

We worked in three phases of 4 weeks in which I always received 2 new feeding schedules with a number of meals that also matched my wishes & growth. Using the BNfitness E-book I also learned how to be creative and apply other ingredients in my nutrition schedules so that it didn’t become boring and monotonous.

I was able to better understand and apply the feedback I received each week in my daily life. I had achieved my growth goal for the 12 weeks with flying colors.

Strong pluses:

For each meal it was explained in detail how the meal should be prepared and how this can be tracked. So you don’t have to be a kitchen prince (es).
The exercises were shown with the aid of clear images. If something is not understood, BN-fitness explains it with the help of other resources.
Once a week I had an extensive discussion of the progress, which always gave extra motivation to get started in the gym the following week.
BNfitness has a lot of knowledge of mindset, fitness, nutrition and recovery and knows how to apply this to any situation, physique, goal, etc.
