I’ve been working with Bachduy for over a year and a half now, and I haven’t doubted that for a second! I have also gone through several trajectories, first a 6-week training with nutrition, then a full 6-week plant-based schedule and my last (the best) the 12-week Sapphire program.

You probably know it. You sometimes go to the gym, think you are eating well and healthy, but the result you expect is not there. Incredibly valuable, since you get a complete e-book with it.

I would therefore recommend Bachduy to everyone. I think my results speak for themselves haha, and I would never have achieved that without BNfitness. Or only very late by wanting to reinvent the wheel first. There are no shortcuts to the good physique you want, and you will have to work hard. But what I can recommend is that with a BNfitness program you will achieve that goal considerably faster than as I always did before and try to figure it out myself without accountability.
